All Stone and Tile's Returns Policy

We work hard to ensure that your kitchen, hearth, floor, or other surfaces are just what you want before we place an order for you.  We need you to understand that because of the nature of the product we deliver and the service we provide you should assume that all sales are final.   

Custom tile and stone is unique and variable.  Our products must be technically perfect or you may return them for replacement or refund.  The stone and tile samples we provide will be representative of the colors and patterns in the material. The natural variability of stone that makes it unique, and the characteristic markings of artisanal tile mean that no two are ever identical.  We cannot accept returns on special orders. 

Our stone setting products and sealers are the best in town.  Unlike the big-box store, our suppliers require that we purchase these supplies outright.  These materials require specific protection from moisture and cold. This means we cannot accept returns of these items, as that would compromise the quality for another purchaser.

If a slab you selected has distinctive marks or cracks that make it unsuitable in your location, we return it to our supplier and get another piece delivered for your inspection. No other stone fabricator provides this service.  Depending on the supplier, and on their approval, some orders may be returnable
with a restocking fee.
