All Stone and Tile’s founder and sole owner, Randy Murphy began his journey with stone with a BFA in sculpture from Alfred University. After years working as a contractor in the Philadelphia, he relocated to Ithaca with his wife Melanie, a native Ithacan, and started his own business offering custom stone surfaces, luxury tiles and cabinets to both residential and commercial venues.

Our design consultants have regular, direct contact with all of our manufacturers and distributors and stay up-to-date with current trends. All of our craftsmen have several years of expertise, fueled by their love of working with stone.
Dan has a particularly high level of craftsmanship and interest in working with stone and in designing and building custom products such as outdoor fireplaces, tables, and sinks, from granite, marble, quartz, and soapstone. As our Shop Manager, he has a mastery of both high tech and specialized equipment in our shop, as well as every discrete production and installation role, from templating to installation.
Jared has been trained by Randy in every aspect of stone fabrication and has extensive knowledge of and a love for working with stone. He provides our team with strong leadership with his ability to organize and manage the complexities of the shop schedule and production. Our clients enjoy his friendly and competent demeanor when he is the lead on installations.
With over 20 years as an owner of a stone fabrication shop in Santa Fe, Jason brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of working with natural stone. Jason’s expertise in stone fabrication is fueled by his artistry as a sculptor whose pieces have been shown in galleries for many years.
While trained in all aspects of production from templating to installation, Kody’s primary role is in programming and running our CNC machinery, from taking initial photographs of the raw slabs to programming the specific designs coordinated from templating software, to programming the CNC and other relevant machinery for cutting and shaping the slabs into final products to be polished.
With a degree in Architecture Technology from SUNY Alfred, Jacques was a natural to become our lead templator, who starts the production process by accurately measuring on location using sophisticated laser technology, and “blueprinting” the design which is superimposed onto photographs of the actual slab. With over 25 years of experience as a commercial and residential contractor, Jacques provides our team and clients with practical carpentry expertise often essential in our installations.
As the “elder statesman”, Phuong has been with the company the longest of the crew. He keeps the building and yard maintained and clean, and is often seen helping in the shop with polishing or assisting with installations.
Sovannaro brings a wealth of expertise, having run warehouse operations for a large national company in the Boston area for several years between his original tenure at All Stone and his return.
Zach is our warehouse and social media specialist. His organizational skills and easy demeanor are a welcome addition to the operation and to our contractor clients. He is especially knowledgeable of our exclusive LATICRETE line of sundry products necessary for installations.
